My Versa 3 has fallen apart. The screen has separated fro the body. It was purchased in August 2021. I am a retiree, so it is not subjected to heavy abuse.
I have already had the strap break several times, and the watch continuously loses time making it an unreliable timepiece, despite software upgrades.
I like the watch and its functions, but it is really looking like a cheap chinese knockoff.
Would you be happy if your Smartwatch caused this many issues?
I attempted to contact you helpdesk within the hours of 8am to 8pm NZDT, but no answer. I am not a Twitter account holder, so cannot message helpdesk. This message is my 3rd attempt tp contact you.

Hi @Reotahi2 U fortunately you can't contact Fitbit Support via the forum. I am not sure what support methods are available in New Zealand, but here in Australia there are usually 4 or 5 methods to contact them. These methods vary, depending on what is available at that time of day. So try different times. HERE is the Support Link that I use. Good luck.
