Versa 3 frozen on clock screen and wont swipe

I have tried to reset it on and off the charger multiple times. Still frozen and stuck on clock screen. I have tried to change the clock face and still frozen. I don’t know what else to do and I am getting really frustrated with this issue. This is the second Fitbit I have had and I like to keep with this brand for all my smartwatch needs.

Hi @Fefanator  - have you tried to double tap the screen and immediately swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable Always On and enable wrist wake.

Yes I have, I can hit the side button and it will vibrate, but I can not swipe up or down or side to side. It just stays on the main clock page.

Did it restart and the swiping is still not working, or did it not restart?

@Fefanator  -  thanks, Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with the next step.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
