Versa 3 frozen onlogo and can't turn it off!

My Versa 3 is frozen on the Fitbit logo screen.  I can't turn it off to reset it. It has become completely useless.  What happened and how can I fix it?  What is going on with Fitbit!!

I'm having the same issue! I finally got it to restart by holding the side button, but now it keeps going to my wallet screen and won't show anything else.  I can't get it to force restart! 😖

Same thing happening to me.  Logo on the screen, draining my battery and can't sync to my phone.  What the heck happened?!?

And there is absolutely no support or explanation available!  Can't get through to any assistance.  There is just a banner message on their help page for the last 36 hours saying,"We are experiencing extremely high volume right now and estimated wait times will be higher than normal. For faster service, please visit our Help Center online for troubleshooting articles and our Community Forums".  Not happy!

My Versa 3 is stuck on the home screen. The clock and functions are working, but the touch function is not responding. Restarting it does nothing. 😔

I communicated with someone today through messaging help desk. They just told me to do the same crap everywhere else says to do. No help! Still not working... send me an email with 35% off my next purchase. I'm sorry but when numerous people are having the same issue that started around the same time. I am NOT purchasing a new device when clearly there is a bigger issue.

Mine is only 8 months old. They offered me replacement of the same model or
50% off another model.
Obviously with everyone having the same problem at the same time it means
they had a massive systems error that can’t be overcome.
I opted for the free replacement. I won’t be using my money to buy another
one again.

Seems fishy ! Mine just went black then went to Fitbit app too! Tried to reset and goes to loop! Did they do an update and it killed all of them?? Mine is useless now!! It will be black or fit bit app that’s my choices ?!?!?!?!

I don't know what they did, but for all this to happen with the same
equipment at the same time... irritating. I don't think I will purchase
Fitbit again... and I've had some sort of Fitbit product since 2016.

Mine Versa 3 is doing the same thing. Stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. Have reset it using the side button numerous times. Have tried disconnecting it from the app and phone and setting it up again, but the phone cannot detect it on bluetooth, so neither approach has worked. Only purchased around 2 months ago. Very frustrating.

They never advised why so many crashed. I didn’t activate any update. Very
frustrating. My warranty replacement arrived in a few days.
