Versa 3 gets update and wont sync to phone to do it.

My fit bit versa 3 in sleep mode vibrates at 1am saying it needs an update. When I go on the phone it shows no update and that it can sync. What do I do? I tried to contact support but it keeps sending me to a can't reach page with people hiking.

Also, been stuck in the update screen on watch since my sudden wake up (when update wasn't choosen to be done since app says nothing and out of sync since wake up)
