Versa 3 green lines black screen

Whist turning on phone notifications on my Versa 3, the screen went blank, developed 2 green lines, in the left hand corner, then went blank, again. It was virtually fully charged but I tried charging it, again, and followed restart instructions but have had no luck. This is the 3rd Fitbit I have had and the first to constantly have issues…

Hi @KateMBangkok Try installing a different clock face in the app. If you continue to have problems your only option will be to contact Fitbit Support

Thank you however, it has since disconnected from the app….have tried Fitbit support, for the past 6 hours, but get the same message (a shot of hikers on a mountain trail!) telling me the page is not available. I was such a fab of Fitbit but this is ridiculous:-(
