Versa 3 has developed lines on the screen

My Versa 3 has 3 bright lines that have appeared on the right of the screen…does anyone know how to resolve this…or is the screen now broken?

Hi there, @Versa3Lines. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and for the image attached. 

 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi,
Thanks for your response…I have tried both of those and still no luck. I think that means it’s broken, but if you have any other ideas I’m all ears!
