Versa 3 has developed lines on the screen

I need Help!! My versa 3 has two white lines going down the screen???

Mine has done this too and today 1/2 screen covered

Hi there, @MELANIE9176. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about about the issue with your Versa 3. 

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
