White stains have suddenly appeared on the back of my Versa 3. No idea why. It’s been cold so is not perspiration related and I have never gotten it wet. They do not come off by rubbing. Would like to remove them but do not want to damage the watch. Suggestions for removal? Good news is that they do not affect watch performance. Thanks.

Hi @Grfsd this article - click to read - has suggestions on how to clean our devices. Have you tried rubbing alcohol? It's what Fitbit suggests and I've used it myself.
