My Versa 3 hasn’t synced for 3 days, All is says is “looking”. I turned my phone off and back on and that did not help.

If the steps recommended by @NellyG don't do the trick, please try the following:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
