Versa 3 heart rate and battery issues

Hello, my Fitbit is not working properly. The HR doesn’t show and the battery dies within 24 hours. I have tried shutting down and restarting it several times but it’s still not working like it used to. Even the step count don’t seem correct. It hasn’t even been a year since I purchased this watch.
