My Versa 3 suddenly stopped monitoring my heart rate a few days ago. I can see that the light on the underside of the watch won't turn on at all. Additionally, the battery charge only lasts a little more than a day, where previously I was getting over a week. I've tried restarting the watch, a factory reset, and turning off every setting that I can. It's starting to look to me like the hardware has failed.
