Versa 3 heart rate and sleep data disappeared

My versa 3 has been a great tool for managing fitness for years. Suddenly without notice the heart rate monitor and sleep score and details disappeared from my watch and app. They still show the place where they should be displaying but no data for the past 6 days.

It’s linked to the dashboard removal on 7/8, I’m dropping Fitbit for Garvin now.

I'm glad it's not just me. I thought I'd done something wrong or the water resistance seal had loosened. The lights on the bottom are not working either. I've reset it multiple times, cleaned the backing, checked the app. Nothing worked. I hate to get rid of it since it still works and frankly wasn't cheap but I do use it for the heart rate and O2 sats as well as the steps and calories. Very frustrated!
