I’ve noticed over the past couple of days that my Versa 3 seems to be having issues tracking my heart rate. When I’m exercising it’s saying my heart rate is in the 90’s and I’m dripping in sweat and breathless. Is there anything that anyone can recommend doing or a solution to this? Thanks

Still seems to be an issue on my Versa 3. I can be in a workout and measure my heart rate manually and the Versa 3 is significantly under reporting my HR. Was there ever a resolution to this?
Thanks

That’s a weak response. The difference in heart rate calculations is significant between your own devices. I’ve already stopped using your device and moved on to another product, which seems to be significantly more accurate.

I have the same issue, it's weird, I would go for a run, and the HR goes up above 150, but if I bike, it averages in the 70s or 80s which is obviously wrong. I'm putting in significant effort when I bike and test myself manually, 2-3 beats a second, no where near 70 bpm.

Guess I should not have tried to save money when trying to replace my broken Apple Watch 3. Too late for a refund, unfortunately.

Yep! My Versa 3 is WILDLY inaccurate! Mostly 30 to 40bpm behind my actual heart rate. I've had the Versa 1, 2 and 3 and Versa 3 is by far my least favourite. I never had accuracy problems with the 1st 2. I regret not waiting for the Versa 4 to come out before upgrading my Versa 2. I'm pretty sure I'm within my 1st 12 months and wondering if it warrants returning under manufacturers warranty.
