Is the inaccuracy of the versa 3 heart rate able to be fixed with update or is it working as Fitbit wants it to.

I did and haven’t received a response! 

 

Update: Oh. Forgot to tell you I had a surge and original versa which was very accurate measured by a hospital heart monitor.
