Just got the Versa 3 today. Set it up but the Heartrate isn't working. There is no Heartrate on and off button. Does anyone have any clue on how to fix this? It has the update and I reset it several times. The green light on the sensor works.

Hi there @Emmie97, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Regarding your inquiry, please note that you can’t turn off heart-rate tracking on Fitbit Sense or Fitbit Versa 3. For more information, see How do I turn on heart-rate tracking on my Fitbit device?
As regards of the heart rate that is not working, would you mind giving more details about the issue? Is it not showing at all on your Versa 3? Does it seems to be inaccurate?
Keep in mind that there are several factors can affect heart rate, including air temperature, stress level, alcohol or caffeine intake, immune response to illness, and medication use (source).
Exercising in cold weather can make it more difficult for your device to track your heart rate, as environmental conditions can affect skin perfusion (the amount of blood that flows through your skin). Review our tips in How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?
For any concerns about your heart-rate data, contact your physician.
I've moved your post to the Versa 3 board for organization purposes.
Hope that helps.

I turned the fitbit on and the Heartrate is non-existent. It doesn't show up at all.

@Emmie97 Thanks for that detail.
Since you got your Versa 3 just yesterday, give the RHR a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
Let's see how it goes between today and tomorrow, and don't forget to review our tips in How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?

Hello,
Saturday night, my Fitbit randomly crashed. Sunday morning, I charged it to full battery. Ever since that, it won't read my heart rate and I don't get any sleep data. I have tried restarting it, shutting it down and turning it back on, removing it and adding it back on the app, and even factory reset. It still doesn't show any heart rate data. It just shows two dashes next to the heart icon. The green sensor isn't flashing like it usually does. Is there something else I can try or is there a bug that needs to be fixed? Thanks!
