Versa 3 heart rate not working

My versa HR monitor stopped working after charging. I've looked up how to check if it's turned off. Says go to settings and scroll to heart rate and turn on. I swipe to settings, there is no option for heart rate. Am I missing something here?

First, have to clear up confusion about whether you have Versa or Versa 3.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

But your post says Versa.  But I guess that means it is the Versa 3.  Okay.

I don't have the Versa 3, but I looked at the manual, Versa 3 manual , and didn't see anything in Settings about turning Heart Rate on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
