Versa 3 high floors, breaks into sleep Spo2

For a few months the Versa 3 shows me fabulous numbers, instead of a realistic floors/day. 

However, increasingly more the sleep Spo2 includes flatlines, where no readings have been recorded. That's quite annoying and frustrating. 

Tried it all, higher on hand, changed hand, restart device and clear app cache.

Hi @Caesard  - the incorrect floors is a known issue and there is nothing you can do to fix it.

 

If SpO2 is unreliable remove the SpO2 tracker app and gain about 2 days extra battery life and get a separate oximeter. Mine gives immediate readings and accurate heart rate whenever needed.
