Versa 3 how to export resting heartrate values to excel

I want to export my resting heartrate values for the past two years on my versa 3 and import them into excel so I can graph them and present them to my doctor.  Any idea how to do this?

Hi @MrMushnik - depending on your account this can possibly be done from the Data export option of the online web dashboard which is being discontinued next month, so hurry.
