Hi!
I have a Versa 3 that has stopped responding to the screen almost completely. I have tried rebooting by holding the button down until the FB logo appears, to no avail. I’d like to shut it down, but the manual is not correct. It says to go to the app and tap settings and then shutdown. But shutdown doesn’t appear anywhere in Settings that I can find. Can anyone show me what I’m doing wrong? Thx!

Hello @FBstinks13 and welcome to the Community. Can you swipe left on the screen? I checked the manual and it can be unclear. You swipe left on the Versa 3 and tap on the Settings app (gear), then follow the path to shut it down. Given your description that a restart doesn’t seem to help, I’m not sure this will help, either. Have you tried chatting with Support? I can’t find the recommendation, but I remember reading that you shouldn’t do a factory reset unless recommended by Support.

A support chat seems a good plan. The screen is only semi responsive. I can, with difficulty swipe left to see the settings icon, but it won’t open the menu, not with taps or long presses. Thanks for your help!!
