Versa 3 is always stuck on music mode

This is making it difficult to use other functions as well as draining the battery

Hi there, @Glenn777. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

Please keep in mind that you can replace the Music App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Versa 3 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Music App for some other function.
