Versa 3 is crashing when I see my notifications

My Versa 3 has a stuck notification and it reboots when I try to clear it. It actually happens when I pull down the notifications, and get to that particular one. Any help would be appreciated!

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

 

If the issue persists, may I know if the watch is crashing only when checking your notifications? Have you tried another setting to see if the same also happens?

I have rebooted it, changed to several clock faces, as well as changed other settings, including turning off Gmail notifications. The notification that is stuck is a long-since deleted email.
