My Versa 3 has locked. I was reattaching the strap and this was misinterpreted as incorrect PIN entries. I go to the app to unlock it, set a new PIN and it says "error connecting to Versa 3". This is strange because it is connected to my phone, updating my steps and syncing perfectly. Tried resetting, removing my cards etc but still no luck and still locked. Any other suggestions please

Hello MareFitbit and thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried all of the steps you mention, without success. However, I have just tried again whilst the Versa is in the charging dock and this time it worked, so problem solved. Thanks again.
