Versa 3 is losing steps at random times

In the past few days, my Versa 3 is counting my steps, I'll see the number. Then, it backtracks. Yesterday, I hit 10000 steps and when I looked at it again, it was below that. A few minutes later it was at 8805. This has never happened before. I'm not sure what is going on. This has been happening since about Tuesday, this week.

I agree with @Guy_. Please check if by any chance you're too using MobileTrack. Having two devices connected to your Fitbit account can mix your data. For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Hi @Dster  - can you check in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and see if MobileTrack is also installed in addition to your Versa 3, if so remove it.
