Strap just came off randomly and cannot be re-attached. Found out strap is not under warranty. Less than a year used - and specifically paid for extended warranty to ensure every part is under warranty!
Anyway, got a strap ordered, and fixed it fine. Looking forward to using it. Charges up to 67% - use it for 35 mins. And it suddenly just dies. As though battery conked. Tried charging - does not appear to be charging. Unable to switch on. Thank heavens still under warranty. So will have to see what can be done.
Previously same thing happened with the Versa 2. It stopped charging. Warranty had expired and repairing would have cost too much so bought the Versa 3. Now just so disappointed. Thinking may be time to leave Fitbit and look at other options.
