Versa 3 is not charging

Hey, I got the versa 3 for Christmas. The charger doesn’t seem to be charging this time. Has anyone had a problem with theirs?

Hi @Cooki60394  - it is a fairly common problem, it can often be from a mixture of needing cleaning or faulty charge cables, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If you haven't done so yet,  please check if the pins on the device or charging cable are dirty. For more information on how to do so, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hello, thank you. I have. Used a cotton swap to clean. My Fitbit is now completely dead:(

@Cooki60394  -  did you check the charge cable fully and the 4 contacts. If the watch isn't charging it will appear dead.

If you don't succeed as it's still under warranty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to send you are replacement charge cable  or you can get them online.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Make sure to keep your watch though as it's probably not faulty just flat battery.

I bought a couple copy chargers from local store plus a watch charger type item and all work fine. In my case the pins on the original  fitbit charger all seem to be parallel to the charger. So theres no connection made with the watch.
