I just charged my versa 3, 4 days ago. Says was getting low so 8 was trying to hook up to the charger. Nothing happens. I ha e reset it, cleaned everything and still nothing. It still has 27% but after that how can I get it charged? Yes I have tried different ports etc. Nothing works.

I did everything and it still didn't work. It was down to 9% and plugged the charger in and hooked up the fitbit and it charged. Thank you. Maybe took a few days to clear out all. Cleaned all about 3 times.
