Yesterday my Versa 3 vibrated a few times and then became unresponsive. I charged it all night and still nothing

Hi,
thankyou for your reply, I have done all of that was suggested, it is still not responding and when charging it just gets really hot but doesn’t turn on.

The following article does not resolve the battery not charging "Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging" and the battery is still not charging, despite trying it on different outlets and checking the charger is connected correctly. Can you help?

Mine did the exact same thing yesterday. After having issues with holding the charge since the last update, it completely died yesterday. When I charge, it just gets really hot but won't turn on. I've given up now and ordered a Garmin instead.

Thanks! These things are trash. It's the 2nd one I buy, and every post I read here confirms that, since the generic responses "experts" give with solutions haven't solved anyone's charging issues and the "experts" haven't been able to give any helpful responses. Thanks for saving me from buying a 3rd and 4th one!
