Why is my versa 3 not connecting to my wifi ? I've downloaded the app and it keeps saying it needs updated but isn't doing do

Hi @Marieg2411 - if your watch is working then there is no need to apply a firmware update if one is shown in the Fitbit App.

If you do apply it things can change in ways you may not like.
