Frequently it will only track my sleep time through 2 to 3 AM. I get up to use the restroom then and go back to sleep until 7 or 8 AM but it's not tracking that how do I get it to track it all night long?

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Versa 3 by following these instructions.
In addition, you can try the sensitive sleep mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".
If necessary, you can edit your sleep logs. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?".
