Versa 3 is not responding to anything

I've searched the web and many forums, can't find an answer for my specific problem.

I've had my versa 3 for about a year and a half, and today, it stopped working after getting home from the gym. Here's what I'm dealing with:

- screen is black. Occasionally the fitbit logo will populate, but nothing else

- green lights on the back do not turn on at all

- pressing the button does nothing. Holding it down sometimes results in a 5 second vibration. The screen stays black and the lights do not turn on.

- does not sync at all

- no visible damage other than normal wear.

Still had about 95% battery when it quit working

It looks like the primary issues have been resolved, it randomly turned back on. However, the screen is stuck on the music navigation screen, and the button does not work.

I am aware that it is not an actual button, regardless, it does not work. I can not get back to the main screen.

Hi @12011591 - you should be able to swipe the whole watch face to the right to get out of that mode.

I've got the same issue, the logo is on the screen with the occasional vibration when I hole the button down. I was leaning on it when my hand was behind my back and that's when I noticed it had stopped working. I put it on the charger but still nothing so far.

Hi @JK72  - firstly make sure it is charging, battery level should show each time you plug it in. Try at 5 minute intervals.

In case that is not working see this link How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Once you get it charged hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If all you get is the logo back, try running the watch set up in the Fitbit App.
