My versa 3 won't show the time, heart rate, steps etc. But it shows the weather and I can see all the settings. Please help.

Hi @Karen0471 - there are a couple of things that can cause this, which changing the clock face [on the watch or in the Fitbit App ] may cure. Normally if you double tap the display and swipe in a direction and get normal behaviour then there is a clock face problem.

If not hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

This presumes the watch is charged and syncing with the Fitbit App.
