My versa 3 is not recording resting heart rate data on the app on my mobile. It hasn't worked for 3 days. This is a new fitbit this week. I previously had a charge 4

Hello there, @Kas62. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.

 

While reading your post I was wondering if your Versa 3 itself is tracking your resting heart rate? To see your current resting heart rate, swipe up from the clock face on your device. To see resting heart rate data for the past 30 days, tap the Heart Rate tile in the Fitbit app.

 

This data is also available in the Health Metrics tile:

 

  1. In the morning, tap the Today tab Health Metrics.
  2. See a graph of your resting heart rate.
  3. For details, tap Learn More above the graph.
