I've been using my Versa 3 for about five days now and I've noticed I logged a lot more active zone minutes with my old Versa than my new Versa 3. For example, I did 20 minutes on the spin bike and a half hour of yoga and only logged 30 active zone minutes when I would normally average 75. I don't understand. Need some advise...

Hi @GustaveXXX - if you check in the forums there are many posts about heart rate issues, and it is this that is used in the active zone minutes calculation. The original Versa had a pretty accurate heart rate.
There aren't any remedies to fix the heart rate issue.

Thanks for the answer. I thought I was doing something wrong with the Versa 3...missing an update or just wearing the device in the wrong way. It's disappointing. I should have searched the site more. Eventually I think I'll move on to an Apple Watch, but until then this watch will have to do...

This is so frustrating! I think you also posted about heart rate not tracking correctly. Yes, I have the same problem. Active minutes are barely tracking even after 50 minutes on the treadmill. After much experimentation, I've found that heart rate seems to be accurate in the lower ranges but once you get into any kind of cardio exercise, it gives up. During cardio, I get the same heart rate as I would by sitting on the couch. There are so many complaints about this in the forms. I've switched over to the Charge5, hoping for better results. If the experience is the same, I'll return it and look for something other than fitbit. I wish they'd go back to basics and instead of spending time on fancy new features, would fix the stuff that's not working.
