Versa 3 is not tracking my data

Hi,

I’ve just purchased a versa 3 and I’m having an issue with the stats tracking. The device screen says steps/floors/heart rate etc as 0 for the day, but I have been wearing it all morning.

I synced the device in the app and weirdly, the app is tracking my activity (even a live heart rate reading), so it is definitely working and syncing. 
Does anyone have any idea why the stats would not be showing on the device screen and how I could fix it?

Update: I have changed the clock face and it’s working? Weird but there you go
