Hi @Nadine123 - it can be difficult to track down the cause which could be the watch hasn't fully synced if you are looking in the Fitbit App or the watch needs cleaning as the pressure sensor hole may be partially blocked, if you are looking on the watch, or may be faulty.
It doesn't hurt to restart the watch first.
In any case floors have no bearing on other measurements, so it may be worth just ignoring the issue if the watch is no longer under warranty.

Hello there, @Nadine123. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. We're here to help you with your Versa 3 that has stopped tracking your floors accurately.
I agree with @Guy_! Please keep in mind that your Versa 3 tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the watch. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.
With that being said, please try cleaning it with by following these steps How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Don't forget that Fitbit devices that count floors have a small hole (altimeter sensor) on the back of the device so please don’t insert any items, such as paper clips, into this hole as you can damage your device.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
