Versa 3 is not tracking my heart rate accurately

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa 3 was working great until this week.  It is not tracking my heart rate correctly.  In mid exercise on my elliptical it is showing 90.  On my heart rate monitor from my physician it's 149.  A huge difference!  I've restarted, cleaned it, made sure it had a good connection and nothing.  When I can see my heart pounding I. My chest, my rate IS NOT 90.

Hi MarreFitbit,

That is great news. How quik you do expect Fitbit to identify a resolution? As you know it's been for two years now ( the heart rate issue).

I am dealing with the same problem and was about switching to another brand, but if there is a resolution soon I will hold on to my Versa 3!!!

What bothers me is that it worked fine last week and all of the sudden it's wrong, almost like an update that needs fixed.  Very frustrating and it does make me want to switch to a brand that actually works.

Fitbit is notorious for its updates. For example, read the messages about charging problems after an update.

If you don't have any problems with your device, wait before you install an update.

Dont fix what ain't broken!
