My Versa 3 shows my heart rate going into peak zone when I know I have not been exercising. I was advised to reset the watch to factory settings but this has made no change. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi @Tonymarris - inaccurate heart rate, either too high or too low is a known problem, as yet unresolved by a firmware update.
At rest or sleeping it should be fine.
