Versa 3 is not tracking my sleep data accurately

I’ve called, emailed, and chatted with Fitbit about my Versa 3 not properly tracking sleep.  I’ve followed all instructions, but my Versa 3 still says my sleep start time is 2-4 hours after I close my eyes.  I know I am not awake for all that time.  I really like my device otherwise, but this is so frustrating.  I’m about ready to switch brands.

@DAF1961 Have you looked at your heart rate graph in detail? What is your resting heart rate? I wonder if your heart rate isn't getting low enough for it to signal to your Fitbit that you're sleeping.

Hi Heather-you may be right-my sleeping heart rate is typically a lot higher than my resting heart rate.  I’ll look into ways to get that down.
