Versa 3 is not tracking my sleep data

I changed from an Inspire 2 to the Versa 3 about 7 weeks ago and I've only had two sleep scores, help!!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Samsung A52s. Removed and readded the Versa from the app. Factory reset the Versa. Tried on both dominant and non dominant wrists. Tried wearing it higher and lower on the wrist. My heart rate is being tracked correctly, no gaps. I've tried adjusting the sleep sensitivity. Also this week it's been reporting me as sleep when I wasn't wearing the Versa.

Any suggestions?

Are you waking up frequently through the night? If so, this would be preventing your Versa 3 from tracking your sleep data accurately. For more information, see these two help articles How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Thanks for your reply, I wake up maybe a couple of times a night. What concerns me is it often only picks up that I slept an hour when this is not true, it on occasion has reported me as sleeping when I'm not wearing the Versa, also, when I've just gone to put my versa back on after a shower it is still tracking a heart rate!
