Versa 3 is not tracking my swimming activity accurately

I have recently started back swimming. I have set my Fitbit versa 3 to track in a 25m pool. Although every time I track it only tracks my distance in yards and tells me after 42 lengths in 32 minutes I've burned 41 calories. 

This cannot be correct. Is there a solve for this??

Hi there, @GraceM151. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not tracking your swimming details accurately. We're here to help you! 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
