I bought a Versa 3 watch, and it was working fine. After a while, it stopped working completely, and I thought that the reason was damage to the charger. I bought another charger, but the same thing still did not work. I went to watch and mobile stores, but everyone refused to repair it and told them to contact the company. And that the watches that can be repaired are Apple watches. The question now is what do I do?

Hi @Badriah Unfortunately they are right and you can't get your watch repaired. If it is still covered under the Fitbit Warranty then contact Fitbit Support . Otherwise you will need a new watch
