Versa 3 is now dead. Support links don't work on fitbit site

My Versa 3 is dead.  It started out a month ago with doing some odd rebooting chain for an hour or so then it would drain the battery dead in 12-15 hours, then the touch screen stopped working and now it seems to be fully dead.

 

I would like to contact support but it seems every link on the Help main page is not working.

 

Any options here?
