Versa 3 is showing me inactive

Fitbit is showing me inactive on community with my friends but is logging my steps correctly on the main page. I have tried deleting the app and restarting but nothing helps. Suggestions?

My Versa 3 is doing the same thing for the last 3 or 4 days.
