Hi there, @RoyalFlush. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling.

As @James291 has mentioned, your Fitbit devices may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 3 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Inspire is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

The watch receives time updates from the phone app. So your sync problems are probably causing the incorrect time problem.

There are many posts on here that deal with sync problems, but try these:

- Check Fitbit guidelines on whether your phone is supported by the watch and app.

- Restarting the phone can provide a temporary fix for intermittent sync problems.

- Mine started syncing properly after doing these steps. Remove the watch from the app, log out of the app, uninstall the app completely to clear its data, restart the phone and then install the app and pair the phone again. It's been fine since.

- Apply any outstanding watch updates, I have seen it refuse to sync when there is one pending.

- Also make sure that your region and time zone information is correct in your account settings.
