Versa 3 is still not tracking my sleep score data

I still get infrequent sleep scores, even though I was sent a replacement. I have tried all suggestions, placement, sensitivity, fully charged, updated app.

Hi there, @Jolynsleepscore. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

To better assist you, may I know if throughout the day your Versa 3 tracks your heart rate accurately? Please keep in mind that your heart rate readings are key to get sleep stages and sleep score data. 

If your heart rate data has not been consistent, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
