My Fitbit Versa 3 has recently started showing the Fitbit logo instead of my notifications. I've made sure all of my notifications are enabled; I've checked to ensure sleep or do not disturb modes are off. I've powered the watch off and on multiple times and I've also unpaired and paired the watch. Also, when I swipe down, instead of seeing my notifications, I get the logo. I appreciate any suggestions to fix this problem. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, @AngeHai. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
It seems like you performed a factory reset while trying to restart your Versa 3, that would explain why it's only flashing the Fitbit logo.
With that being said, please follow the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Once you link your Versa 3 back to the Fitbit app, please test your watch and see if the notifications come through. If that is not the case, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.
