my versa 3 is stuck on the logo. I have tried the recommended repair and the logo will not disappear?

Yes I'm getting a replacement because my device is less than a year old.
Call customer service, they are very amenable.

They are replacing mine as well. Second one under warranty. Very frustrating. MicheleSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
