Versa 3 is stuck on Fitbit logo

My Fitbit died completely, charged it and now it won't start back up again. its stuck on the loading dot screen. Can't reset just stuck on the logo screen. Even after pressing side button for 10 seconds. turn blank, then back to dot logo.

Please help!

Hi @hikingaddict - the watch may have encountered a problem.

 

Try removing the Versa 3 entries from the phone's Bluetooth, logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window.

 

Restart the phone and login to the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

 

If this does not resolve it, try changing the clock face and redo the process.

Hi hikingaddict, Mine started acting up last night. It started to not respond when I touched the touchscreen to make a change. From there it just got worse and worse to where I couldn’t even get to the next screen at different times during the night and this morning. It would do different things that it wasn’t supposed to do like at start up, it would seem like it’s working and then when I touched some icon everything froze up. Then, bam, it acted like it was perfect!  And then it froze again!!  I restarted it about 30 times.!  If you read different forums, people are basically having the same problems. And this morning Fitbit app wouldn’t open up. That too affected a lot of people.. If you get yours resolved, could you let me know how it was done? Thanks so much and good luck!

Same, stuck on logo screen. Fully charged, plugged in and rebooted several times. Same result This is the 3rd Fitbit that has died on me in under 2 years. Fitbit won't do anything as it is barely past a year for each device failure. Engineered to break after warranty I'm sure. Needless to say I am never buys another. Garmin seems to be the way to good.
