Versa 3 is stuck on Fitbit logo

Noticed a few hours into my day that my Versa 3 was showing the logo.

I read the threads here, tried to remove it from the app and restart the phone, it did not change and the app could not find the device to add it back.

I followed the instructions for a factory reset and it did not go into factory reset after it restarted and I pressed the button, it just restarted again and then back to logo.

This happened to me today also. Watch currently stuck on the logo. Turing another hard reset and it always stops on the logo.

I wasn't able to get a Factory Reset to occur after about 20 attempts and 2 different descriptions of how to make that happen. I was told in chat that support would be looking into my warranty replacement.

My versa 3 is also stuck on logo, I have tried rebooting several times & it still just goes back to logo.

Please sync your watch in the Fitbit app.

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap the device that they want to sync.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

Still stuck on logo, won't sync, can't connect has a ! In red circle in sync now.

Guess you're out of luck like I am. 14m old device and they said it's out
of warranty.
Gave me a discount on a new one that I can't even use because of the
current black friday sale.
