versa 3 has strange codes and numbers, I cannot access anything in settings

As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Pecolia - this may happen and require a factory reset, but try a restart first, hold the button fo 10 seconds till it vibrates and wait for the logo to reappear.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with a factory reset.
